I started my first business when there weren't many resources for women entrepreneurs. I had to figure most of it out alone...and I wasn't great at asking for help.
So I built community. I created spaces where women could grow without having to brave it alone. And somewhere along the way, helping other entrepreneurs move forward became as important to me as building my own ventures.
Today I'm still an entrepreneur...operating a culinary experience hub, helping scale a jazz-pop music group, and working with founders and leadership teams across industries. I'm not theorizing business. I'm in it. And I bring that lived experience to every client I work with.
Over 30 years, I've built and scaled multiple companies, founded purpose-driven nonprofits, and supported hundreds of entrepreneurs at turning points. I'm known for asking the question that cuts through the noise...and for helping people move faster than they thought possible.
